Featured Stars at Christmas on Clairemont
This year, Christmas on Clairemont will feature Broadway lead, Caroline Bowman and Grammy award winner tenor, Thomas Young.  Caroline Bowman is known for her lead roles on Broadway in Evita, Wicked, and Kinky Boots and Thomas Young is recognizable from his television appearances with the group, Three Mo' Tenors.
Our Host
Daniel Solberg serves as the organist at First Baptist Church in Decatur, and the music director and producer of Christmas on Clairemont.

A staple in the professional music scene of Atlanta he has earned widespread respect as an arranger, pianist and organist for the last ten years. He has served as organist at Wieuca Road Baptist Church and Peachtree Presbyterian Church in Buckhead. In addition Mr. Solberg has served as collaborative pianist and vocal coach for numerous institutions, annual clinics, and All-State Festivals. Notably he has a long association with Georgia State University and has served as music director for the opera program. As an orchestrator, he enjoys a national reputation, at home in a wide variety of genres from symphonic literature to show choir. His album of Scripture Songs won Global Music’s “Award of Merit” in 2012. Most recently his work was included in the CD release by the Atlanta Boy Choir.

A native of Chicago, Daniel graduated summa cum laude from Millikin University in Illinois. Subsequently he worked as a performer and accompanist in the cruise ship industry, quickly earning the title “youngest director on the high seas”, and worked with some of the greatest entertainers of our time. His sensitivity and proficiency as an accompanist for choirs and singers has led to collaborations with notable figures in the classical music world including Choral Conductor Don Neuen and Grammy-award winning soprano Sylvia McNair.
